Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Tabitha Shalima de Kruijk (Rotterdam, 1989) and I am artist with a background in philosophy (B.A.) and a minor in Logic and Computation.
Although I like to explore philosophical ideas and the wonders of life through conversation, my focus is in drawing — creating images that arise from my fascination with patterns, perception, and the hidden structures of reality. I am inspired by inspired nature, fractals, and artists such as M.C. Escher, Alphonse Mucha, and Alex Grey, as well as scientists like Donald Hoffman and music by TOOL and Tchaikovsky.
