Tabitha Shalima de Kruijk (Rotterdam, 1989) is an artist with a background in philosophy (B.A.) and a minor in Logic and Computation.
Although she enjoys exploring philosophical ideas and the wonders of life through conversation, she finds her deepest focus in drawing — creating images that arise from her fascination with patterns, perception, and the hidden structures of reality. Her work is inspired by nature, fractals, and artists such as M.C. Escher, Alphonse Mucha, and Alex Grey, as well as scientists like Donald Hoffman and music by TOOL and Tchaikovsky. She is particularly interested in the interplay between analytical structure and creative intuition. The works displayed on this website are shared in reduced resolution.
